PhPress changes very quickly, it's very difficult to write a stable documentation. I think the easier way to explain how it works is to show it, so I'll try to make some PowerPoint/ODP presentations about it. I'm very busy, don't expect this documentation to be released very soon.
French speakers can yet download the presentation I used for the last Jec'SIC conference (June 29th 2007, ENS, Lyon, France), wich may be a good overview of the way PhPress works and can be used: PhPress_jecsic.zip (french, powerpoint, 10.2 Mo).
